Withing the framework of ICAO-IAC RER/01/901 «Development of operational safety and Continuing Airworthiness" international project execution the courses on "Organization and conducting investigation of accidents and incidents with civil aircraft and flight safety" were held in Minsk of the Reoublic of Belarus on September 1-11, 2015.
     The courses were held by the experts of the Interstate Aviation Committee for training specialists of the Department of Aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, Transport inspection and Airlines of the Republic of Belarus.
     The following issues were considered:
     - organisation and conduct of the investigation of accidents and incidents with civil aicraft;
     - risk assessment;
     - implementation of flight operations safety management system (FO SMS);
     - practice of FO SMS implementation in airlines;
     - practice of organisation and conduct of search and rescue works.
