About the range of activities on certification of HV antennas

      Interstate Aviation Committee carried out the range of activities on certification of HV antennas of Rohde & Schwarz Ltd.
      Based on the positive results of the certification tests the IAC took decision to issue type Certificates to Rohde & Schwarz Ltd: 

- № 478 for HF antenna HX002 0682.3010.24 in the frequency range of 1,6 MHz to 30 МHz with horizontally polarized signal used with extra equipment: 
- trussed pole KM451B1 4028.3351.02 or KM451B2 4028.3400.02;
- frequency extension module HX002F 4017.9053.02;
- adapter unit GX007 682.6010.02/03;

- № 479 for HF antenna HX002A1 4031.8009.02 in the frequency range of 1,5 МHz to 30 МHz with horizontally polarized signal used with extra equipment:
- trussed pole KM451B1 4028.3351.02 or KM451B2 4028.3400.02;
- tiltable mast KM002A1 4035.7359.02  or КМ002 Z1 4031.7001.02;
- adapter unit GX002A1 4031.9005.02;

- № 480 for active antenna system HE016 4051.8504.02 in  the frequency range of 1,5 MHz to 30 MHz with gorizontally and vertically polarized signal and power supply IN115 4004.1707.02;

- № 481 for HF antenna HA230 0101.1176.02 in the frequency range of 1,5 Mhz to 30 МHz with gorizontally and vertically polarized signal;

- № 482 for log-periodic antenna НL451 0733.8507.02 in the frequency range of 2 МHz to 30 МHz in receive mode in the frequency range of 5 МHz to 30 МHz in receive mode and with horizontally polarized signal used with extra equipment: 
- trussed pole KM451B1 4028.3351.02 or trussed pole KM451B2 4028.3400.02;
- display unit GВ1304059.8755.02;
- rotator RD130 4059.8503.02.

      Compulsory limitations and maintenance instructions of the listed equipment contain its maintenance documentation specified in the Certificate limitations. 
      Special limitations are implemented for HF antennas 
- HF antenna НХ002 0682.3010.24 can be used at temperature not lower than minus 300C, atmospheric pressure not lower than 795 hPa (596 mm Hg) and air flow with a speed not exceeding 42 m / s;
- HF antenna НХ002А1 4031.8009.02 can be used:
- at atmospheric pressure not lower than 700 hPa (525 mm Hg);
- during operation with adapter unit GX002A1 4031.9005.02 - at atmospheric pressure not lower than 795 hPa (mm Hg);
- active antenna system HE016 4051.8504.02 at a temperature not lower than minus 400C and atmospheric pressure not lower than 795 hPa (596 mm Hg);
- HF receiving antenna НА230 0101.1176.02 can be used jointly with HF receivers мin the frequency range of EK 2000, EK 895 and EK 896 atmospheric pressure not lower than 700 hPa (525 mm Hg) and air flow with a speed not exceeding 44 m / s; 
- HF log-periodic antenna НL451 0733.8507.02 can be used:
- at atmospheric pressure not lower than 700 hPa (525 mm Hg);
- during operation with RD130 4059.8503.02 device at a temperature not lower than minus 350С and atmospheric pressure notlower than 795 hPa (596 mm Hg).
