About International humanitarian and technical festival

      Information on holding International Humanitarian and Technical Youth Festival of civil aviation educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation and Ukraine.
      On May 28 - June 3, 2009 within the framework of the Agreement on creative collaboration of civil aviation educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus, Russian Federation and Ukraine coordinated by the Interstate Aviation Committee, on the basis of Rylsk Aviation Technical College - a branch of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation the IV International humanitarian and technical youth festival of civil aviation educational institutions of the Commonwealth states was held. 
      The aims of the Festival marked by the Youth Year declared by the CIS member-states are the development and integration of the educational process in modern conditions, development of professional competence of young people in the best tradiation of civil aviation, training of well-balanced, pro-active aviation specialists, as well as the identification of talanted young people and strengthening of friendly ties between youth associations of educational institutions of brotherly States. 
      At the end of the Festival, in a a solemn setting, the award ceremony for the pasrticipants of contests and competitions was held. 
      The prizewinners of the International Humanitarian and Technical Youth Festival of civil aviation educational institutions were: 
      1 place - Rylsk Aviation Technical College of Civil Aviation; 
      2 place - Krivoy Rog Aviation Technical College of Civil Aviation; 
      3 place - Minsk State Higher Aviation College. 
      The next festival dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patrioic War is planned to be held in 2010.
