Information about the IAC Aviation Register activities completed by execution of approval documents

1. Activities on certification of Major modification of IL-96-400T aircraft type design have been completed - Aircraft take-off weight increase from 265 (taxi weight 266 tonnes) to 270 tones (taxi weight 271 t).
Supplemental type certificates were issued to:
- № 22-96-300/D22 type Certificate fr om April 8, 2009; 
- № SSh175-IL-96-400Т/D01 type Certificate on environmental noise from April 8, 2009.

2. Activities connected with issuance of Export airworthiness certificates to Mi-171 helicopters (serial numbers 171С 00156084206U and 171С 00156084207U) designed for delivery to China have been completed.
Export airworthiness certificates № ESLG-149 and ESLG-150 from April 10, 2009 were issued. 

3. Activities on validation of manufacture at Gidravlika federal state unitary enterprise have been completed (Ufa, Russia). 
Manufacture approval certificate ОP58-PD from April 15, 2009 was issued. 

4. Activities on validation of Aircraft Repair Plant No 150 federal state unitary enterprise (Lyublino-Novoye village, Kaliningrad region, Russia) have been completed.   
Maintenance organisation Certificate SPR-18 from April 20, 2009 was issued. 

5. Activities on certification of type design of aircraft main engine PT6C-67C designed by Pratt & Whitney Canada have been completed. 

6. Activities on certification of type design of aircraft main engine PT6B-37 designed by Pratt & Whitney Canada have been completed.  
Type Certificate № SТ297-АМD from April 22, 2009 was issued.

7. Activities on certification of major modification of RT6A aircraft main engine type design have been completed - Implementation of new models RT6А-52 and RT6А-135А.
Supplemental type certificate № 76-D/05 from April 22, 2009 was issued. 

8. Activities on certification of major modification of PW-600 aircraft main engine type design have been completed - Implementation of a new model  PW617F-E.
Supplemental type Certificate № St293-АMD/D01 from April 22, 2009 was issued. 

9. Activities on certification of Major modification of IL-96-400T aircraft type design have been completed – Expansion of expected conditions of IL-96-400T aircraft operation. Flight operation in Precision Area Navigation (PRAN) system in European region in accordance with RNP-1 requirements.
Supplemental type Certificate № 22-96-300/D23 from April 23, 2009 was issued.  

10. Activities on certification of CF6-80E1 main engine type design developped by General Electric Company have been completed.
Type Certificate № ST298-АМD from April 24, 2009 was issued.  

11. Activities on certification of major modification of TB3-117 aircraft main engine covering disc have been completed - Modification of covering discs design I, II and III covering disc and increase of I covering disc service life lim it to 6500 hours/cycles.
Supplemental type Certificate № 34-D/03 from April 22, 2009 was issued.
