1. Activities on validation of maintenance orgsnisation Certificate at "Aviakor-Aviation plant" JSC have been completed (Samara, Russia).
Maintenance organisation Certificate SPR-27 from February 17, 2009 was issued.
2. Activities on accreditation of a number of military officies as independent inspections (II) of the IAC Aviation Register have been completed: Delegation of Authority Certificates were issued:
- II 218/515 from February 2, 2009 to the military office at Moscow machine-building plant "Vperyod", JSC (Moscow, Russia);
- II 219/978 from February 18, 2009 to the military office at Ramenskiy Instrument-Making Plant, JSC (Ramenskoe, Russia);
- II 220/485 from February 18, 2009 to the military office at Sukhoi Civil Aircraft, JSC (Moscow, Russia);
- II 221/708 from March 16, 2009 to the military office at Kamov, JSC (Lyubertsy, Moscow Region, Russia);
- II 222/164 from March 16, 2009 to the military office at Aircraft technologies and Interior Center (Moscow, Russia).
3. Activities on accreditation of technical acceptance at Stupino Metallurgical Company (Stupino, Moscow Region, Russia) as Independent Inspection of the IAC Aviation Register in certification system have been completed.

4. Activities on accreditation of technical acceptance at SAZI-Aviagermetic, JSC (Lyubertsy, Moscow region, Russia) have been completed.
Delegation of Authority Certificate II-16 from February 18, 2009 was issued.
5. Activities connected with issuing Export Airworthiness Certificate for Tu-204-СЕ aircraft (serial number 1450744764037), designed for delivery to Cuba.
Export Airworthiness Certificate № ESLG-148 from March 20, 2009 was issued.
6. Activities on certification of repair producation at Aircraft technologies and interior center, JSC (Moscow, Russia) have been completed.
Maintenance organisation Certificate SPR-83 from February 26, 2009 was issued.
7. Activities on certification of manufacture of electronic controllers ERRD-14, ESU-34М, ESU-436 and ERRD-436 at Ufa Research and Production Enterprise "Molniya" JSC (Ufa, Russia) have been completed.
Manufacture Approval Certificate № ОP113-PKI from February 17, 2009 was issued.
8. Activities on validation of manufacture organisation Certificate at «Uzbekistan Airways Technics» have been completed (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).

9. Activities on qualification of КТ263А brake wheel designed by Rubin Aviation Corporation JSC (Balashikha, Moscow Region, Russia) have been completed.
Component airworthiness Certificate № SGKI-032-249-КТ263 from February 25, 2009 was issued.
10. Activities on certification of Major modification of Tu-214 aircraft type design have been completed - Installation of electrical power generating system with a voltage of 115 / 200V, 400Hz with generators GS-PSPCH-D located on the engines and the PCh-PSPCh-D static converters; installation of additional fuel tanks; modification of the cockpit and passenger area layout.
Supplemental type Certificate № ST196-Тu-214/D11 from March 4, 2009 was issued.
11. Activities on validation of manufacture approval at Rusbal Scientific and Production Enterprise, CJSC (Moscow, Russia) have been completed.
