About the Aviation Security Coordination Council meeting

The Aviation Security Coordination Council meeting of Member States of the Agreement on collaboration against acts of unlawful interference (Minks, 1995) was held on 3-4 December, 2015.

The issues of the ICAO 3 years comprehensive strategy (2014-2016) implementation in the field of aviation security, Declaration of the 38th session of the ICAO Assembly (September 2013), recommendations of the ICAO high-level flight safety conference (September 2012) and the ICAO global risk context statements were discussed and presented in the meeting Resolution.

The CIS aviation security heads of general aviation authorities, national/state airlines and international airports, representatives of cooperating security agencies and international organisations participated in the meeting.
