     The accident with An-2 RA-40312 aircraft owned by "Avia-Zov" Ltd occurred after departure from take-off place of Serov town (RF) on June 11, 2012. Due to adverse terrain the aircraft was detected by research and rescue activities only on May 4, 2012. The Interstate Aviation Committee has proceeded to investigation of the fatal accident causes. The Investigation team includes experts from IAC, Federal Air Transport Agency, Roshydromet and other concerned authorities.

     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed field phase of the investigation of the fatal accident with An-2 RA-40312 aircraft operated by "AVIA-ZOV" Ltd Airlines occurred near Serov town, Sverdlovsk region (RF) on June 11, 2012.
     The accident site was detected in 10 km south-west from Serov airport on May 4, 2013. As a result of the accident the aircraft was destroyed and burnt down in ground fire. 13 persons on board were killed.
      As a result of carried out activities at the field phase of the investigation it was determined that the flight was performed by the crew comprising one pilot.
      VFR meteorological conditions were at the time of departure.
      Aircraft systems and engine failure warning were not detected. 
      First collission of the aircrat with obstacle (tree) occured at the altitude of ~30 meters.
      Investigation team continues its work on analysis of all available information and also expects the results of forensic and medical examinations.

      The fatal accident with An-2 RA-40312 aircraft was caused by flight at unauthorized low altitude performed by PIC resulted in collission with a tree followed by aircraft impact.
      The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
