     The accident with EV-97 Evector Harmony RA-1725G aircraft owned by "Aerotec" LLC occurred near Razdolye locality, Kolchuginsky district, Vladimir Region (RF) on November 3, 2014. According to the avaliable information the pilot on board was killed, a passsenger was injured.
     The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of this accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team started its work.

     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with "Harmony" EV-97 RA-1725G single-built aircraft owned by ANO DPO "AUC OF SLA" occurred in the Vladimir region (RF) on November 3, 2014.
     The accident with EV-97 RA-1725G single-built aircraft was due to its stall during touch-and-go landing.
     The contributing factor was non-retraction of flaps into take-off position.
     The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
