The accident with TL-2000 RA-0568G aircraft occurred in the area of "Pirogovo" Airport of the Zavyzlovo region, Republic of Udmurtia (RF) on August 22, 2013. According to preliminary information the pilot and a passenger were on board, the pilot was injured, the aircraft was partly destroyed.
On August 22 the IAC Aviation Register issued supplemental type Certificate № ST236-Аnsat/D03 for ANSAT helicopter with hydro-mechanical control system. New control system allows to enhance the scope of helicopter.
On August 22 the IAC Aviation Register issued supplemental type Certificate № ST196-Тu-214/D13 for Tu-214 helcioter with modified cockpit configuration and also modified equipment.
On August 20 the IAC Aviation Register issued supplemental type Certificate for RRJ-95LR-100 aircraft which is the modification of RRJ-95B aircraft (Superjet-100) which differs from it by modified SaM146-1S18 engine and increased for 3570 kg take-off weight.

The accident with An-2 RA-01419 aircraft operated by "Polar Airlines" Aircompany occurred in the area of Vilyuysk, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia, RF) on August 16, 2013. According to the preliminary information two crew memebers and seven passengers on board didn't suffer. The aircraft was completely burned down.

Non-fatal accidnet with Ka-32A11 C-JKHL helicopter owned by "VIH Helicopter" company occurred near Bella Kulla locality (Canada) on August 4, 2013. According to the preliminary information two crew members on board didn't suffer.
