According to the information received, on June 23, 2025 nearby the town of Montrose (United States of America) the air accident occurred to the Murphy Moose N250MK airplane. Reportedly, two people on board were fatally injured, the aircraft was burnt down.
NTSB has classified the occurrence as the accident; the investigation was set up accordingly.
Compliant to ICAO Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation the notification about the air accident was forwarded to the Interstate Aviation Committee, being the competent air accident investigation authority of the Russian Federation as the State of Design and State of Manufacture of the aircraft powerplant. The Interstate Aviation Committee has appointed the Accredited Representative to participate in the investigation.
