On 15 June 2016 upon the request of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan “Aircraft Accident Investigation and Promotion of Flight Safety Courses” held within the framework of the implementation of the international ICAO/IAC RER/01/901 Project «Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness», began their work in the city of Dushanbe. These courses are being conducted by the Interstate Aviation Committee experts in order to provide training to the specialists from General Administration of Civil Aviation of the Ministry of Transport and aviation enterprises of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The following issues are to be considered:

-        Organization of aircraft accident and incident investigation;

-        Risk evaluation;

-        Formation of the Safety Management System (SMS);

-        Experience of the SMS introduction in the airlines

-        Experience of organizing and carrying out search and rescue works.
