About signing a Memorandum on cooperation between IAC and Interstate Council for Antimonopoly Policy
On December 16, 2009 the Chairperson of the Interstate Aviation Committee T.G. Anodina and the Head of Federal Antimonopoly Service I.Y. Artemiev signed Memorandum on cooperation between Interstate Aviation Committee and Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy.
The signing of the document approved by the Council on Aviation and Use of Airspace and Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy aimed at implementation of the decision of the Council of Heads of Government on "Competitiveness at air carriage market of CIS member-states".
Within the framework of the above-mentioned Memorandum the Parties will exchange information materials including cooperation with international organisations on air transport and aviation industry within their competence and of mutual interest, coordinate preparation of proposals for harmonization of national air legislations of the Commonwealth states and others.
The Memorandum provides participation of the Parties in sessions of the Council on Aviation and sessions of the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy on issues of mutual interest.
