The Interstate Aviation Commitee carried out the range of activities on certification of airfield surface movement surveillance and monitoring complex of automated facilities "Vega" (A-SMGCS CAF “VEGA”) CIVR.466453.001 of Scientific and Production Association “Lianozovo Electromechanical Plant” JSC (NPO LEMZ), Russia.
Based on the positive results of the certification tests the IAC took decision to issue type Certificate № 492 to NPO LEMZ, JSC for A-SMGCS CAF “VEGA”.
Compulsory limitations and maintenance instructions of the listed equipment contain its maintenance documentation specified in the Certificate limitations.
Special limitation is implemented for A-SMGCS CAF “VEGA”:
Airfield surface movement surveillance and monitoring complex of automated facilities "Vega" ensures information reception, processing and display from "Atlantika" and "Terma" airfield surveillance radar systems providing the possibility of ststus monitoring and control only by "Atlantika" airfield surveillance radar systems.
