About completion of the workshop "Opertional monitoring in airlines"

     On September 24 in the Interstate Aviation Committee the workshop "Operational monitoring in airlines" organized by the Interstate Aviation Committee, Federal Air Transport Agency of Russia (Rosaviatsia), USA Federal Aviation Administration was completed    
     Special emphasis was placed on regulations to operational monitoring in the Russian Federation. Specialists of "Aeroflot-Russian Airlines" and "Volga-Dnepr" presented information on operational monitoring management in airlines of the Russian Federation . The issues of flight operation control and monitoring, continued airworthiness, routes optimization, air navigation and meteorological support, crews designation, aircraft loading and resources planner management were presented in the report of United Airlines representative.   
     Summing up the results of the two-day workshop, the participants identified topics for discussion at subsequent meetings the aim of which is to improve flight safety and exchange of best practices.
