New edition draft of Aviation Regulations, Part 21 "Certification of aviation equipment, manufacturer and design organisations" was prepared by Aviation Register.
Practical certification experience of Aviation Register and certification authorities of the United Europe and USA is considered in specified draft.
Document amendments compared to valid AR-21 edition are aimed at facilitation of certification procedures, their further harmonization with valid procedures of the United Europe and USA and abandonment of certification participants activities duplication.
