About "Flight safety experts proficiency training" courses

       "Flight safety experts proficiency training courses" organized by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Interstate Aviation Committee were initiated in Astana of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 21, 2013.
      The experts will participate in lectures in accordance with the programme approved by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) as follows:
      - Accident investigation technical support.
      - Accident investigation specialists training programme.
      - Legal framework of flight safety specialists activity.
      - Safety Management Manual (SMM) main requirements (Doc. 9859).
      - Flight Operations Safety Management system (FO SMS) main provisions and flight safety promotion.
