Condolences

     The Interstate Aviation Committee expresses condolences to families and relatives killed in fatal accident with Boeing-777 operated by Malaysian airlines and mourns with them.
The interstate Aviation Committee assumes that the investigation should be conducted in accordance with Annex 13 of the Chicago Convention of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO). 
     The Interstate Aviation Committee consideres that in such complicated situation in the area of fatal accident with Boeing-777 it is necessary to establish under the authority of the ICAO international investigation commission of the fatal accident with Boeing-777 aircraft operated by Malaysian airlines and transmission flight recorders, so called "black boxes" in order to conduct investigation under the authority of this international commission.
