About the workshop «Operational safety development and continuing airworthiness

     The workshop on technical and flight documentation and instructors training within the framework of the ICAO-IAC RER/01/901 "Operational safety development and continuing airworthiness" international Project implementation was held on May 13-14, 2014.
     The workshop was organised by the Interstate Aviation Committee jointly with AIRBUS company for aviation authorities of Member States of the Agreement on Civil Aviation and Use of Airspace, as well as for leading airlines experts.
      Three main issues will be considered at the workshop:
      1. Technical documentation overview (1st day);
      2. «Instructors training» - training in the field of technical documentation on maintenance and engineering (2nd day);
      3. Flight documentation review (2nd day).
      First training day was aimed at providing current information regarding the scope of technical documentation and online solution of issues avaliable for operators from Russia, CIS aimed at efficient "Airbus" aircraft service.
      Instructors training course was focused on A320 and A330/A340 aircraft. This course allows to share best practices and opinions resulting in education value development.
      Representatives of aviation authorities and leading airlines of the Azerbaijan Republic, Republic of Armenia, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Ukraine and Republic of Tajikistan participate in the workshop.
