On training courses for experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

      Within the framework of ICAO-IAC RER/01/901 "Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness" international project the courses on "Organization and conducting accident and incident investigation involving civil aircraft and flight safety" were held in Almaty on June 22 - July 3, 2015.
      The courses were held by the experts of the Interstate Aviation Committee for training specialists of civil aviation Agency and air enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
      The following issues were considered:
      - organization and conducting accident and incident investigation involving civil aircraft;
      - risk assessment;
      - flight operations safety management system (FO SMS);
      - practice of FO SMS implementation in airlines;
      - practice of organization and conducting search and rescue operations.
