About the workshop «Safety assesment of foreign aircraft" (SAFA)

     Within the framework of ICAO-IAC RER/01/901 "Safety level improvement and airworthiness maintenance" international project implementation the "Safety assessment of foreign aircraft" (SAFA) workshop started its work in Kishinev on March 10, 2015.
      4 days workshop is organized by AIRBUS company jointly with aviation authorities of Moldova Republic and the Interstate Aviation Committee.
      The following issues were considered at the seminar:
      - SAFA technical aspects and data base;
      - SAFA inspection points:
      A. Crew cockpit
      B. Passenger cabin
      C. Aircraft state
      D. Cargo compartment
      - Training at aircraft A320 was provided by AIR MOLDOVA.
      The representatives of aviation authorities and airlines of Georgia, Spain, Moldova Republic, Poland, the Russian Federation, the Tajikistan Republic, Ukraine and France took part in the workshop.
