About methodological recommendations «Aircraft protection from ground icing»

In accordance with decision taken at the workshop on Airbus/ATR deicing (held on March 4-5, 2015 in the IAC headquarters and Domodedovo a/p, Moscow) recommend Methodological recommendation "Aircraft protection from ground icing" to aviation authorities of contracting states of the Agreement for implementation in preparation for autumn-winter period 2015-2016.
