On courses in the Republic of Tajikistan

On 15 June, 2016, upon the request of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan the courses “Aircraft Accident Investigation and Promotion of Flight Safety” held within the framework of the implementation of the international ICAO-IAC RER/01/901 Project «Development of Operational Safety and Continuing Airworthiness», started in Dushanbe city. These courses are conducted by the Interstate Aviation Committee experts in order to provide training to the specialists from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The following issues are to be considered:

-        Organization of aircraft accident and incident investigation;

-        Risk evaluation;

-        Safety Management System (SMS) development;

-        Practice of SMS implementation in airlines;

-        Practice of organizing and conducting search and rescue operations.
