On participation in Flight Data Monitoring international forum under the authority of CAA of the Republic of Moldova

Flight Data Monitoring forum (Moldova) devoted to integration of flight recorders data into flight operations safety management system (FO SMS) was held in Kishenev on September 27, 2016.

The ICAO representatives, managers of civil aviation of the Republic of Moldova, Interstate Aviation Committee specialists, representatives of civil aviation and airlines of EU, Latvia, Moldova, Turkey and others participated in the Forum. During practice exchange the parties addressed the issues of using flight recorders data in order to develop flight safety, discussed the best ways to solve the problems connected with FO SMS implementation in airlines. The participants emphasized the need of mutual cooperation and expressed mutual aspiration to enhance collaboration in issues regarding flight safety. 

The Interstate Aviation Committee prioritizes the development of advanced aviation safety technologies and the training of specialists in this field, which is why the IAC's flight recorder data processing laboratory is one of the best in the world.

The Interstate Aviation Committee leadership expresses gratitude to the Civil Aviation Authority of Moldova for invitation to participate in Forum, which is essential in the field of civil aviation flight safety development.
