The IAC Aviation Register has developed a new edition of the document "Manual 21.2E. Procedures of certification and monitoring of manufactures of civil aviation equipment".
This "Manual..." has been implemented on February 2, 2017 and is the upgraded version of "Manual 21.2D" specified in connection with adoption of Aviation regulations, part 21 "Certification of aviation equipment, designers and manufacturers" (edition of 2013) by the Council on Aviation and Use of Airspace and also considering guidance letters issued by the IAC Aviation Register.
Manufacturers of civil aviation equipment to be certified should ensure implementation of standard terms of compliance of organization and process for manufacture of aviation equipment components specified in "Manual 21.2.E" with Aviation regulations requirements.
