About the meeting of IAC representatives with management of aviation authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic

Working meeting of the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) Commission on harmonization of ATM national programs and systems management with aviation authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic was held in Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) on April 26, 2017. In course of the meeting the issues on implementation of performance-based navigation (PBN) in Kyrgyzstan, prospects and possibilities of this system were discussed.

IAC representatives negotiated with management of "Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia" state enterprise, representatives of "Manas" Airport JSC, Civil aviation agency of the Kyrgyz Republic and aeronautical information service of "Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia" state enterprise. The issue on continuation of ICAO "Roadmap for the Transition from AIS to AIM in Commonwealth states" implementation was discussed. The parties agreed on further cooperation in the field of WGS-84, eTOD and AMDB implementation in the Kyrgyz Republic.
