In accordance with programme of cooperation of CIS Member States on countering terrorism and other violent manifestations of extremism joint anti-terrorism exercises "Dushanbe-Antiterror - 2017" were conducted at the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan from May 31 to June 2, 2017.
IAC Aviation security coordination department experts actively participated in preparing exercise scenario and its run. Improved collaboration of CIS international airports aviation security Services in identifying and arresting persons suspected of terrorism or links with terrorist organizations was emphasized.
In general issues raised were fully worked out, purposes of exercises were reached.
