Avaiton Safety Group (RASG-CIS) has developed Methodological recommendations "Aircraft Ground De-/Anti-icing" within the framework of the ICAO-IAC RER/01/901 Regional Project. Specialists of Rostransnadzor, Interstate Aviation Committee, specialists of companies-designers of Airbus and Boeing aircraft, FAA USA, Moscow Domodedovo Airport, Aeroflot-Russian Airlines, State Scientific Research Institute of Civil Aviation, S7 Airlines, UTair JSC, AirBridgeCargo Airlines, Oktafluid, CJSC, Russia special aircraft division and Central Aerohydrodynamic Research Institute (TsAGI) took part in recommendations development.
Amendments adopted at the meeting of Regional Aviation Safety Group CAST-CIS (June-August) were introduced in Methodological recommendations.
