Based on the Interstate Council on Aviation and Use of Airspace of the counteracting states to the Agreeement (Interstate Council) the III International scientific-practical conference "Regulatory-legal support of ATM and airspace use by unmanned aircraft, flight safety", 23 meeting of Air Navigation Coordinating Commission and Working group meeting on the development of regulatory documents for unmanned aircraft systems functioning were held in the Republic of Azerbaijan, Baku on June 21-23, 2022.
The events were attended by representatives of Aviation Authorities of the counteracting states to the Agreement, Euroasian Economic Commission (EEC), enterprises of air navigation service of air traffic, aviation educational institutions, representatives of aviation industry - developers of automated air traffic control systems.
Current issues of regulatory-legal support of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) activity, flight safety and personnel training were discussed. The participants of the conference noted the relevance of the presented reports and took an active part in their discussion, stressed the importance of the event to ensure flight safety and the development of civil aviation in the region.
