About the meeting of the Regional Aviation Safety Group (CAST-CIS)

On September 10, 2024, the Interstate Aviation Committee held a meeting of the Regional Aviation Safety Group (CAST-CIS) in  order to prepare for the September 19, 2024 Conference on Aircraft Ground De-icing/Anti-icing and to amend the 9th edition of the methodological recommendations "Protection of Aircraft from Ground Icing". 

The experts of the Regional Group discussed current issues and exchanged best practices in organizing aircraft de-icing operations, and approved the conference plan and agenda.
