On September 10, 2024, the Interstate Aviation Committee held a meeting of the Regional Aviation Safety Group (CAST-CIS) in order to prepare for the September 19, 2024 Conference on Aircraft Ground De-icing/Anti-icing and to amend the 9th edition of the methodological recommendations "Aircraft Ground De-/Anti-icing".
The experts of the Regional Group discussed current issues and exchanged best practices in organizing aircraft de-icing operations, and approved the conference plan and agenda.
