IAC Chairman took part in the International Forum “Transport of Russia”

Chairman of the Interstate Aviation Committee took part in the 44^th Session of the Coordinating Transport Meeting of the CIS Member States, which was held in a format of a plenary discussion and a meeting in a narrow format at the site of the International Forum “Transport of Russia” in Moscow.

The meeting was attended by heads and plenipotentiary representatives of transport ministries and departments of the Member States of the Coordinating Transport Meeting – the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Russian Federation, Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as associate members, representatives of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, CIS Executive Committee, Eurasian Economic Commission, transport organizations, trade unions, educational institutions, etc.

During the plenary discussion, issues of strengthening transport links within the CIS were discussed, and the high interest of the CIS Member States in developing integration processes and improving the efficiency of the work of the sectoral bodies of the Commonwealth was confirmed.

Issues related to the activities of the Executive Committee of the Coordinating Transport Meeting of the CIS Member States were considered at the meeting in a narrow format.

The International Forum "Transport of Russia" is one of the largest industry events held annually to discuss topical issues and find solutions that ensure the connectivity of the Russian economy and its territories, contributing to strengthening the position of the state in the global economy.
