IAC and SCAA under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a Memorandum

The Interstate Aviation Committee and the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a Memorandum of Understanding and deepening cooperation between the Interstate Aviation Committee and the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The document was signed by the Chairman of the IAC Oleg Storchevoy and the Acting Director of the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Bostonov. The signing took place in the presence of authorized representatives of the aviation authorities - members of the Council on Aviation and Use of Airspace.

The Memorandum was concluded with the aim of preparing the organizational and legal basis for effective cooperation between the parties in the field of investigation of serious air incidents in connection with the intention to transfer to the IAC, in addition to the function of investigating air accidents, the function of investigating serious air incidents involving civil aircraft.

To organize joint work, the Parties form a working group of specialists from the IAC and the GAGA under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, which will hold meetings as necessary.

The conclusion of the memorandum creates additional conditions for expanding mutually beneficial cooperation between the Parties.
