IAC Chairman took part in RUBAE 2026 International Business Aviation Exhibition

On September 15, 2026, an opening ceremony took place at Vnukovo-3 Business Aviation Center (RUBAE 2026). For the 18th consecutive year, the exhibition remains a key industry platform for discussing current issues in business aviation.

Oleg Storchevoy, Chairman of the Interstate Aviation Committee; Dmitry Yerzakovich, General Director of Vnukovo International Airport; and Georgy Sharov, Managing Director of Business Aviation Center JSC, took part in the opening ceremony of RUBAE 2026.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Oleg Storchevoy emphasized the event's importance to the industry and wished the participants a productive experience. In his remarks, he noted: "Business aviation is defined by speed, flexibility, and an uncompromising level of reliability. I am confident that RUBAE 2026 will serve as a platform not only for professional discussions but also for developing practical solutions to make business aviation even more reliable and safe."

Oleg Storchevoy also held a series of working meetings and took part in the business program at the exhibition venue.

An important event in the business block was a series of TED talks dedicated to the safety of business aviation. During the profile discussion, participants discussed how an effective aviation safety management system in business aviation is formed in practice, as well as modern approaches to identifying and assessing risks.

RUBAE 2026 brings together key industry players: air carriers, personnel training centers, maintenance and repair organizations, and representatives of related sectors. The exhibition serves as an effective platform for market participants to interact and develop industry solutions.
