Authorization letter № SPR-9/1 dated October 18, 2013 was issued.

     2. Activities on validation of aircraft materials manufacture Certificate at "Alcoa SMZ" CJSC (Saratov, Russia) have been completed.

Aircraft materials manufacture Certificate SPM-8/4 dated October 21, 2013 was issued.

     3. Activities on validation of maintenance organisation Certificate at "Center of Aircraft Technologies and Interior" JSC (Moscow, Russia) have been completed.

Maintenance organisation Certificate № SPR-83 dated October 21, 2013 was issued.

     4. Activities on certification of Major modification of AB-140 propeller type design have been competed - Life extension until first overhaul.

Supplemental type Certificate № ST181-VV/D03 dated October 18, 2013 was issued.

     5. Activities on validation of manufacture approval Certificate at "STAR" JSC (Perm, Russia) have been completed.

Manufacture approval Certificate № OP107-PKI dated October 22, 2013 was issued.

     6. Activities on certification of Major modification of BK117 C-2 helicopter type design have been completed - Major modifications on Eurocopter Request № ETYC-0239/13-Sur dated March 13, 2013.

Supplemental type Certificate № ST94-ВК117/D03 dated October 22, 2013 was issued.
