On visit of the IAC Chairman to the Republic of Tajikistan

On August 29 the IAC Chairman Oleg Storchevoy paid an official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan during which a working meeting was held with the Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Dilshod Safarzoda and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Council on Aviation and Use of Airspace, Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Aziz Nabozoda. 

The parties discussed current aspects of interaction in the field of aviation safety, aviation specialists training and proficiency upgrade. An extensive exchange of opinions in the field of international cooperation in civil aviation took place, ways of further development of bilateral relations were outlined. 

The participants of the working meetings highly appreciated the level of IAC cooperation with aviation authorities of Tajikistan and expressed certitude in the need for closer cooperation in the field of aircraft accident investigation, certification of aeronautical equipment, aerodromes and facilities, air navigation and aviation specialists training.
