The IAC Chairman took part in International Business Aviation Exhibition RUBAE 2025

On September 10, 2025, the grand opening ceremony of the traditional RUBAE 2025 exhibition took place in Vnukovo-3 (Russian Business Aviation Exhibition). 

Opening the festive event, the Chairman of the Interstate Aviation Committee, Oleg Storchevoy welcomed the participants of RUBAE 2025 and noted that business aviation activities demonstrate a high flight safety level. This is also confirmed by the flight safety analysis of the Interstate Aviation Committee. "I would like to wish that the Interstate Aviation Committee and business aviation develop their cooperation only in the field of improving flight safety level. I wish the participants of the exhibition the development of business contacts, successful and productive work and, of course, safe flights," the IAC Chairman wished the representatives of this civil aviation sector.

Dmitry Erzakovich, CEO of Vnukovo International Airport, JSC, emphasized the importance of Vnukovo-3 as a key hub for business aviation and its contribution to the development of the industry: “Today’s opening of RUBAE 2025 is not just a tribute to tradition, it is a symbol of hope and confidence in the future of business aviation. We believe that this exhibition will become a starting point for restarting business processes in our industry, and will give a new impetus to development and international cooperation.”

At the RUBAE 2025 venue, the IAC Chairman held a number of working meetings and took part in the round table discussion "Flight Safety 2025+. How new regulations will change aviation". During the discussion of topical issues, the speakers noted the need for strict compliance with current regulations and the need to improve current legislation, given the continous development of civil aviation.
