IAC and the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic agreed on the procedures of interaction for certification

On September 22, 2025, prior to the global civil aviation event - the 42nd Session of the Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), at ICAO headquarters, the Chairman of the Interstate Aviation Committee, Oleg Storchevoy, and the Director of the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Daniyar Bostonov, signed the Procedures of interaction for certification of civil aviation equipment, organizations of designers and manufacturers, as well as for certification of aerodrome and other equipment. 

The document defines the practical procedures for cooperation between two organizations in the field of certification and aims to ensure the compliance of aviation equipment with international aviation safety standards. The procedures establish requirements and procedures for all stages of certification, ensuring consistency in approaches.

The signing of the Joint Agreement creates additional conditions for expanding mutually beneficial cooperation between the Parties.
