     The Investigation team Chairman of the accident with NG-4 RA-1296G aircraft informs that the Investigation team continues its work at the field phase.
     The activities at the accident site are completed. The remained aircraft fragments are evacuated to hangar at Pirogovo aerodrome and put into secure storage.
      Regular flight recorders are not specified at the aircraft. Emergency GPS receiver is removed from the aircraft. The recording transcript identified that there are emergency flight parameters. The Investigation team has the emergency flight video recording as well.
      Today the following facts are preliminary identified. Training flights were performed on March 30. During the 7th flight duty at the altitude of about 200 meters the aircraft control loss occured resulted in its ground impact within the limits of Pirogovo a/d airfield. Two persons on board were killed, there was no fire. The accident occured in the daytime at 08:40 UTC. Meteorological conditions at the accident moment: zero wind, visibility 10 km, cloud 3 high octane, temperature 0 degrees.  
      The Investigation team continues its work on identification of the control loss causes while in flight.
