     The accident with P-16 DC-1 RA-0677G private trike occurred at POSTO aerodrome of Yalutorovsk town,Tyumen region (RF) on August 10, 2013. According to the preliminary information the pilot was killed, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.  
      The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. The Investigation team started its work.
  

     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with Р-16ВС-1 RA-0677G private ultrilight trike occurred in the Tyumen region (RF) on August 10, 2013.
     Most probably the fatal accident with Р-16ВС-1 (FVSP) RA-0677G ultrilight trike was caused by unintential exceeding the stalling angle after take-off resulted in stalling followed by ground impact.
     Exceeding the stalling angle most probably was caused by late and disproportional aircraft input by PIC.
     Late and disproportional aircraft input by PIC most probably were caused by lack of PIC's special knowledge and flight skills at this type of aircraft.
     The appropriate safety recommendations based in the investigation results were developed.
