     Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the fatal accident with R-44 Raven II RA-04289 helicopter occurred on 14.09.2009 in 1,73 km to the south-west from Lugovskoye landing site, Perm Krai (RF)...
      According to the Investigation team's conclusion:
     "The accident with R-44 RA-04289 helicopter was caused by pilot late actions when performing descent recovery maneuver.
      Contributing factors effected the emergency situation development could be:
      - performing maneuvers at extremely low height by pilot in negative psycho-emotional status;
      - unconscious reflex passenger input during maneuver.
