Following the conclusion of the Investigation team: "Fatal accident with Ts-150L RA-0848G aircraft was caused by beyond-stall angle of attack and stall entry performing climb turn immediately after takeoff with mass exceeding maximum allowable value. Significant errors in operational and maintenance documentation made by the owner - aircraft "designer" and lack of proper monitoring from certification and aviation authorities in alignment and validation of documentation could contribute to the accident".
