X-32 Bekas RA-0462G 16.07.2009

    Investigation team of the Intestate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of non-fatal accident with Х-32 «Bekas» RA-0462G aircraft occurred near Staroye Pogorelovo, Veshkaima district, Ulyanovsk region (RF) on 16.07.2009.
     According to the Investigation team's conclusion:
     "Non-fatal accident with Х-32 «Bekas» RA-0462G aircraft was caused by pilot's non-proficiency exceeding the stalling angle that resulted in speed loss, aircraft stall and ints ground impact.
      Contributing factors were:
- aircraft control transfer to a person without authorization for flights at this type of aircraft;
- neglecting deterioration of performance data of the aircraft equipped with agriculture equipment;
- lack of monitoring for flight speed during turn maneuver;
- lack of warning about stalling angle approach.
