SN-701 RA-0062G 20.06.2009

     Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the accident with SN-701 RA-0062G micro aircraft occurred in 18 km to the east from Ipatovo town, Stavropol Territory (RF) on 20.06.2009.
     According to the Investigation team's conclusion:
     "Crash of «SN-701» RA-0062G micro aircraft was caused by speed loss during turn that resulted in aircraft stall and collision with ground surface followed by fire outbreak.
      The accident was caused by combination of the following factors:
– pilot's authorization for flights after time-out over 30 days without training;
– crop-dusting operation under insufficient training of the pilot for this type of aviation work; 
– incorrect operation above the field;
– committed speed limitation violations by pilot performing maneuver at low altitude in conditions of moderate turbulence and tail wind-break;
– pilot's in-flight blunder in aircraft handling during turn completion at low altitude: control column nose up input and rudder abrupt deflection to the left.
