     According to the information received the accident with IAR-316B Alouette-III RA-1881G helicopter occurred near Plastunka village, Sochi (RF) on July 21, 2013. According to the preliminary imformation the rotorcraft was damaged with no casualities.
      The Interstate Aviation Committee formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation.

20 september 2013

     The Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the accident with IAR-316B RA-1881G single-built private helicopter occurred in the Krasnodar Territory (RF) on July 21, 2013.
     The accident was caused helicopter control erroneous actions by PIC performing low-altitude manuever not specified by FOM resulted in helicopter rotor "overweight" (speed drop), uncontrolled descending and helicopter water collection.
    The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
