     According to the information received the accident with Mi-2 RA-20977 helicopter owned by "Transkhimavia" Ltd occured near Severny locality, Krasnodar Territory (RF) on May 21, 2013. The rotorcraft sustained substantial damage, the pilot didn't suffer.
     The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Avation Legislation. The Investigation team started its work.
   

     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with Mi-2 RA-20977 helicopter owned by "Transhimavia" aviation enterprise Ltd occurred in the Krasnodar Territiry (RF) on May 21, 2013.
      The accident with Mi-2 RA-20977 helicopter was caused authorization of untrained pilot for crop-dusting and his consent to perfrom it. 
      Pilot authorization for operations with expired aviation specialist license and time-out in flight operation, not providing necessary training to him after time-out were caused by low level of flight operation management in aviation enterprise. Most probably using flight personnel without valid pilot's licenses for crop-dusting and adequate proficiency took place in aviation enterprise in previous years.
      Appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results for improving flight safety were presented.
