А-52 RA-0380G 24.07.2009

     According to the information available the fatal accident with A-52 RA-0380G two-seater occurred near Saratov town (RF) on July 24, 2009.
     The Investigation team of the accident is being assigned by the Interstate Aviation Committee in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation. V.N. Pestov is the Investigation team Chairperson.
     IAC experts are departing to the crash area.
    

     Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation Committee has completed the investigation of the fatal accident withe A-52 RA-0380G aircraft occurred near Rostov-South Airport (RF) on 24.07.2009.
      According to the conclusion of the Investigation team: 
      Fatal accident with А-52 RA-0380G aircraft was caused by its stalling at low altitude after exceeding the stalling angle at speed loss caused by engines failures operated over calendar time and PIC erroneous actions. 
      Engine power loss was possibly caused by its operation with car petrol which is not in conformity with specifications.    
     The accident was caused by combination of the following adverse factors: 
      - PIC erroneous actions during engine failure at low altitude; 
      - lack of calssroom training and practical training as instructor; 
      - low flight experience at this type of aircraft; 
      - flight operations at aircraft with expired flight life; 
      - low flight level where aircraft stalling occurred that caused height and time deficiency that prevented PIC from stall recovery.
