     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with "Strizh К-10" RA-1482G private aircraft occurred in the Moscow region (RF) on August 25, 2012.
     Most probably the accident with "Strizh K-10" (FVSP) RA-1482G aircraft was caused by exceeding FOM limitations during maneuvering resulted in engine flameout, speed loss, aircraft stall followed by.spin entry and ground impact.
     Most probably engine flameout was caused by deceleration fuel stop.
     The pilot was not authorized to perform flight at "Strizh K-10" aircraft.
     Quick Operating Parachute Rescue System use most probably could reduce the severity of the accident consequences.
     The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
