     Investigation team of the Interstate Aviation committee comprising of official representatives of FATA has completed the investigation of the crash of Mi-8Т RA-25312 helicopter operated by Polar Airlines occurred at Magan Airport (Yakutsk) on 29.07.2009. 
     In accordance with the investigation team's conclusion:
    "The accident with Mi-8Т RA-25312 helicopter was caused by its collision with ground surface during movement to parkiпg and was possible due to overspeeding and exceeding the flight level by pilot specified by FOM during helicopter back movement and belated measures on correction of errors in piloting technique during forward and vertical speed bleedoff prior to landing".  
      Appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
