     Non-fatal accident with Ka-32A11 C-JKHL helicopter owned by "VIH Helicopter" company occurred near Bella Kulla locality (Canada) on August 4, 2013. According to the preliminary information two crew members on board didn't suffer.
     Based on Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and Russian Air Legislation the Interstate Aviation Committee assigned accredited representative and advisor in order to participate in Investigation team work.
