According to the received information by the IAC, on February 7, 2015 the accident involving Krechet A-22 RA-1935G aircraft occurred at the 41th km of Novaya Ladoga Zuyevo highway, Kashirsky District, Leningrad Region, RF. The pilot on board was injured, the passenger escaped unharmed, the aircraft was damaged.

The Interstate Aviation Committee has formed the Investigation team of the accident in accordance with the Russian Aviation Legislation.

The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident involving Krechet A-22 RA-1935G private single-built aircraft occurred in the Leningrad Region (RF) on February 7, 2015.
     The most probable cause of the accident involving Krechet A-22 RA-1935G single-built aircraft was the aircraft not equipped with anti-icing system icing encounter that didn't allow to continue operation.
     Using Quick Operating Parachute Rescue System reduced the accident severity.

The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
