     The Interstate Aviation Committee Investigation team has completed the investigation of the accident with AI-10 RA-0489G single-built private aircraft occurred in the Moscow region (RF) on June 9, 2013.
     Most probably the fatal accident with AI-10 «Ikar» RA-0489G single-built aircraft was caused by PIC aircraft control actions resulted in wing stall and aircraft spin stall at the altitude not sufficient to change the situation.
     The contributing factors could be:
     - instrument check (speed indicator) hampering due to sun dazzle;
    -  not using BPSS-0.IE parachute rescue system due to little flight experience at very light aircraft and psychological unreadiness to use it. Using this system up to the altitude of 50 m could ensure survival of the people on board.
     The appropriate safety recommendations based on the investigation results were developed.
